Born in 1974, Devajyoti Ray has held 8 solo shows and 16 group shows in India and abroad. Devajyoti Ray was once been described as the most promising artist of the new generation by The Telegraph and The Tribune. Ray’s works are there in the collections of Havana National Museum of Fine Arts as well as many public and private galleries.
Ray’s style of works called Pseudorealism is a fresh new approach to art, practiced by very few in India.
